Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop
In these workshops, Ciara will dive deeper into how to build a life rooted in mindfulness in a modern world. Employees will explore a range of different techniques from meditation to breathwork and learn how they can manage stress and build resilience in the workplace. Workshops can be focused on specific topics, such as stress, sleep, resilience, joy or look at mindfulness as a whole.

Mini Retreat
Give your employees a total escape and the chance to indulge in R&R with a full day or half day retreat bespoke to your needs. With the support of Ciara and her network of highly trained holistic practitioners, we’ll create a soothing, restorative and relaxing environment that gives your employees the opportunity to switch off and recharge. All retreats include meditation and breathwork with Ciara, but can also feature yoga, sound healing, art therapy, beauty treatments and more.
