Mid Season Morning Retreat
Ciara McGinley and Maud Eeckman are delighted to be returning to Mortimer House to host another morning meditation, yoga and mindfulness retreat.
At this midseason morning retreat, you’ll not only have an opportunity to rest and reset, but you’ll also discover realistic tools that you can implement into your everyday life to help you relax and stay present. We know life can throw you curveballs and our aim is to empower you with a wellbeing toolbox for everyday life.
The session will begin with a grounding practice led by meditation teacher Ciara, inviting you to leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind as you take this time for you. Mindset coach and yoga teacher Maud will then guide you through a yoga flow, helping you to foster a strong mind-body connection, restore your energy levels and balance your emotional state. After a short break, the morning will finish with a mindfulness practice to help you disconnect from the world around you and reconnect with yourself.
Ciara and Maud invite you to join them after the session for light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with like-minded women. Plus, you’ll take home a goody bag of luxury wellbeing and beauty products kindly gifted by our brand partners.
Please note:
Ciara and Maud are big believers in the power of community, but you will never be asked to share anything about your experience unless you wish to do so.
Please bring an extra layer to wear during the meditation practice, and anything else you feel will support you during the session.
This is an open level event - no previous meditation or yoga experience is required. We welcome you as you are.
Please bring a notepad and pen should you wish to write anything down or journal during the session.
