Join meditation practitioner Ciara McGinley of Finding Quiet, and yoga and Qigong practitioner Emily Lisanti of Energy With Emily for a powerful evening at member’s club Mortimer House on Monday 21st October.

YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN CIARA & EMILY

For a Mindful Movement & Meditation Evening, designed to help you release what no longer serves you and tap into your most empowered self. 

Beginning with mindful movement and a Qigong flow led by Emily, you’ll connect deeply with your body, clear blockages and charge up your energy so you can manifest your deepest desires.

Following movement, Ciara will guide you through a visualisation meditation to ground you in the present moment, so you can find clarity and stillness. You’ll dive deeper into your internal world, connecting with the visions of your dreams, and setting intentions to help you become your most empowered self. 

You’ll leave feeling lighter and brighter, with a deep appreciation for yourself and clarity on how you can connect with the most empowered version of you. 

Ciara and Emily invite you to join them after the event for a herbal tea, light refreshments and time to chat with the like-minded people sharing this space with you.

All guests will also leave with an abundant goody bag of beauty and wellbeing gifts, courtesy of our wonderful brand partners.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This is an open-level workshop we welcome you as you are on the day and we’ll meet you wherever that is.

  • Ciara and Emily are big believers in the power of community, but you will not be asked to share anything about your experience unless you want to.

  • Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but please bring anything else you feel will support your practice on the day.
