Land in the beautiful Glasshouse Yoga Studio, enjoy a cup of herbal tea and meet your hosts for the day.

12pm - Yoga with Laura, Founder of KIN

Through heart opening yoga poses, mantras and intention setting you’ll let go of what you no longer need to carry, cultivate receptivity to new possibilities, and ground to build focus, stability, and connection with spring's growth energy.

1pm - Break & Refreshments

Enjoy a break between sessions with refreshments, and take the opportunity to connect with the kind, like-minded people sharing this day with you.

2pm - Meditation with Ciara, Founder of Finding Quiet

Through deep reflection, personal journaling and visualisation meditation, you’ll create space for transformation and new beginnings as you align your goals for the season ahead with your core values and set intentions that feel aligned to you.

3pm - Tea & Goody Bags

Finish off the day with a cuppa, and leave with a goody bag full of wellbeing treats from our brand partners to see you through the season. We'll be celebrating the relaunch of KIN so you will also leave with  a pair of KIN leggings (worth £48) and more KIN goodies.

Laura Pearce -

Yoga teacher & founder of KIN Yoga

From physical limitation to spiritual liberation, my Yoga journey began as a necessity rather than a choice. Born with a heart condition that left me constantly sick and with breathing difficulties, I fell down the most magic rabbit hole searching for ways to improve my breathing, and my wellbeing. I not only overcame my respiratory challenges, but my journey led me to achievements that I could never have dreamed of; scaling mountains at oxygen-thin altitudes and freediving to depths that once could only represent my deepest fears.

Today I guide others through practices that honor both limitation and possibility; I believe that our greatest challenges often lead to the deepest wisdom, and our obstacles can become pathways of growth and healing. I've achieved things I never thought possible, and I love helping others do the same. I teach high-profile corporate clients, I run my own Yoga studio space in west London, and founded the ultimate wellness brand; Kin Yoga Mats in 2020.

My classes are soulful, challenging, a little wild, non-dogmatic, and riddled with breathwork.
